A Culinary Journey from the Heart of Our Roots

With deep pride and commitment to our identity, we are pleased to present Yanuk Ecuadorian Ancestral Cuisine, a project born from the soul of our people as a living tribute to the culinary richness of Ecuador.

Through a proposal that fuses tradition and creativity, we will present a selection of emblematic dishes that reflect the soul of our land: Pachamama, source of life, food, and culture.

Yanuk is not just cuisine. It is memory, roots, resilience, and celebration. In each preparation, the wisdom of our grandmothers, the aromas of our markets, and the energy of our volcanoes, rivers, and coasts are revealed.

With this initiative, we seek to share the depth of Ecuadorian gastronomy in Europe, beyond what is visible, from its origins to its contemporary expression.

In this culinary endeavor, we embrace a great personal and professional challenge: to transform ancestral Ecuadorian gastronomy into an innovative offering with gluten-free ingredients and varieties.
